Flood Solutions inc has been working through water damage, mold, and structural drying jobs in Macomb County since 1996. That’s nearly three decades of responding when a pipe bursts at midnight, when a sump pump fails during a spring storm, when a homeowner pulls back drywall and finds something that’s been growing there for months. The company was built around a straightforward premise: restoration work done correctly the first time costs less, in money, time, and stress, than work that has to be redone.

What we do

Most days start with a phone call from someone who didn’t plan on making it. A basement with standing water. A ceiling that came down after an ice dam. A smell that turned out to be mold behind the bathroom tile.
